Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 20,435.63 million for FY2025-26, up 9.05% from Rs. 18,738.78 million in the previous year. However, profit after tax declined 1.64% to Rs. 1,408.81 million from Rs. 1,432.33 million. The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (35% on face value of Rs. 2), bringing total dividend for FY26 to Rs. 1.30 per share. The Board also appointed KPMG as internal auditors for FY27, replacing the previous firm. Auditors Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both consolidated and standalone results.
The stock may face pressure due to PAT decline despite revenue growth, indicating margin compression. The clean audit opinion and consistent dividend payout provide some support. Capex investments (Khopoli and MP projects) are underway as per QIP utilization.
