MSEDCL demand of Rs 46.27 cr against G Corp Tech Park; REIT contests in HC

MSEDCL demanded Rs 46.27 crore from G Corp Tech Park Condominium, of which PropShare Titania's SPV is a member, over alleged unauthorized electricity sub-metering for about 116 months. The order is on the Condominium, not the REIT. A writ petition was filed in Bombay High Court to challenge it. Electricity supply is uninterrupted, consumption charges paid in full, and no provision made as liability is not probable.
