Subsidiary Lakshya Forrum for Competitions received a GST order from Patiala Range-IV on 8 Dec 2025 for FY 2021-22. Total demand is Rs 4,76,829, made up of base tax of Rs 4,33,081 and penalty of Rs 43,348, under Section 73(1) of CGST Act. Payment is due by 8 March 2026. Company says financial impact is limited to this amount. Note that MT Educare remains under CIRP since December 2022.
Minor extra liability for a subsidiary. MT Educare is already under insolvency resolution, so any new dues add to the pile of creditor claims.
