Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
MTAR approved unaudited quarter and half-year results ended 30 September 2026. Quarter revenue was INR 4,067.65 million versus INR 1,355.93 million; net profit was INR 598.32 million versus INR 42.45 million. Half-year revenue was INR 7,674.86 million and net profit INR 1,100.58 million. The National Company Law Tribunal approved the merger of two wholly owned subsidiaries, effective 1 April 2025; prior periods were restated with no material impact.
Strong revenue and profit growth may support the stock. The merger simplifies the group structure, but cash is low and short-term debt is high.
