MTAR Technologies reported strong full-year results for FY26 ending March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 30% to ₹8,762 million from ₹6,760 million in FY25. Net profit on standalone basis more than tripled to ₹443 million from ₹142 million. The company recorded a one-time exceptional charge of ₹37.67 million due to new labour code implementation affecting employee benefits. EPS improved to ₹30.99 (standalone) and ₹30.57 (consolidated) from ₹17.19 a year ago. The Board also approved appointment of new cost and internal auditors for 3 years. A scheme for merger of two subsidiaries into the holding company has been filed with NCLT.
Strong double-digit revenue growth and near-tripling of net profit indicate robust operational performance. The clean audit opinion with unmodified report removes any concerns about financial reporting quality. Exceptional item from labour code is non-recurring and should not impact forward earnings guidance.
