The transfer was done off-market as an inter-se transfer between immediate relatives within the promoter group. Before this transaction, Pranay Reddy held zero shares in the company; after the acquisition he holds 2,50,000 shares representing 0.81% of voting capital. The total share capital of MTAR remains unchanged at 3,07,59,591 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. This is purely a reshuffling of holdings within the promoter family and does not alter the overall promoter group's combined stake in the company.
