The Board of Directors of Mufin Green Finance Limited, at its meeting on February 13, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Total revenue from operations rose sharply to Rs 5,592.73 lakhs (Q3 FY25: Rs 4,308.70 lakhs), a year-on-year growth of about 30%. Profit after tax for the quarter grew to Rs 700.83 lakhs from Rs 605.77 lakhs (~15.7% growth), with 9M FY26 PAT at Rs 1,717.82 lakhs and basic EPS of Rs 0.41 for the quarter. The company, an RBI-registered NBFC, reported a debt-equity ratio of 3.24x (up from 2.48x YoY), Gross NPA of 2.24%, and a healthy capital adequacy ratio of 26.56%. The Board also approved an alteration to the Articles of Association regarding the Nominee Director clause, to be taken to shareholders via postal ballot, while raising Rs 290 crore through privately placed NCDs during the quarter entirely toward onward lending.
Strong top-line growth and stable asset quality are positives, but the net profit margin slipped to 12.53% from 13.93% YoY, and the debt-equity ratio has risen sharply, signalling increased leverage to fund lending growth—something existing shareholders should monitor closely.
