Mufin Green Finance Limited reported strong annual performance for FY 2026 with total income growing 30.6% to ₹21,070.26 lakh from ₹16,198.83 lakh in FY 2025. Net profit after tax jumped 39.3% to ₹2,826.55 lakh compared to ₹2,028.56 lakh previously. Basic EPS improved from ₹1.24 to ₹1.64 per share. Net profit margin expanded from 12.52% to 13.41%. Asset quality improved with Gross NPA reducing from 2.49% to 1.94% and Net NPA from 2.12% to 1.65%. Capital adequacy ratio strengthened to 32.37%. The company raised ₹2,852 crore through preferential allotment of equity shares and warrants in March 2026. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Operating cash flow was significantly negative at ₹6,950.08 crore, largely due to net loan disbursements of ₹6,812.72 crore, which is typical for a growing NBFC.
The company demonstrated robust growth with PAT up nearly 40% and margin expansion, supported by capital raise and improved asset quality. However, the large negative operating cash flow from lending activities warrants monitoring despite being standard for NBFC growth phase.
