Mukand Ltd reported Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Standalone revenue from operations rose 20% YoY to Rs 1,325.68 cr from Rs 1,102.39 cr. PAT jumped to Rs 61.33 cr from Rs 33.82 cr (up 81%), with EPS at Rs 4.24 vs Rs 2.34. Consolidated revenue grew 20.7% to Rs 1,362.21 cr with PAT at Rs 57.36 cr vs Rs 29.03 cr. The big boost came from a Rs 104.54 cr surplus in Other Income from the sale of about 3.07 acres at Kalwe and 0.06 acres at Dighe. Another 9.20 acres at Kalwe is classified as Assets Held for Sale.
Core operating performance is weak; PAT growth driven by one-time land sale surplus. Watch for completion of the 9.20-acre sale.
