MCX reported exceptional FY2026 results with consolidated total income of Rs 2,429.05 crore, more than doubling from Rs 1,208.86 crore in FY2025. Consolidated net profit after tax surged to Rs 1,331.55 crore, up 138% from Rs 560.04 crore. Standalone PAT grew even faster at 148% to Rs 1,029.04 crore. Basic EPS improved to Rs 52.22 (consolidated) and Rs 40.36 (standalone) from Rs 21.96 and Rs 16.27 respectively. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 8 per share. Cash generated from operations was strong at Rs 1,692 crore on standalone basis. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinion. Auditor changed from predecessor firm to V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. for FY2026.
