Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Q2 revenue fell 31% to Rs 3,784 lakh from Rs 5,483 lakh, and total income to Rs 4,468 lakh from Rs 6,132 lakh. Net loss widened to Rs 688 lakh from Rs 199 lakh; half-year loss was Rs 905 lakh versus a profit of Rs 59 lakh. Operating margin fell to 3.6% from 17.4%. Debt-equity ratio 0.27 and operating cash flow positive at Rs 737 lakh.
Negative: weak revenue and wider loss may pressure the stock, though low debt limits risk; a mid-year auditor change adds scrutiny.
