Mystic Electronics' board met on 27 May 2025 and approved the audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025. Total income for FY25 stood at ₹131.98 lakh, up sharply from ₹54.83 lakh in FY24. The company swung from a net loss of about ₹137 lakh in FY24 to a net profit of ₹102.91 lakh in FY25, helped by the absence of the large exceptional charge of ~₹179 lakh that hit the previous year. Statutory auditor Sunil Vankawala & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The board also appointed M/s. Sanjonaa & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new internal auditor for FY26 after the previous internal auditor's term ended.
This is a clear turnaround story for shareholders — revenue more than doubled and the company returned to profit with a clean audit report, which is supportive for the stock. The internal auditor change is routine and not a concern. Investors should note that absolute revenue and profit figures remain very small, so the business is still in early/nascent scale.
