Mystic Electronics reported audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Total income declined to Rs 95.04 lakh from Rs 131.98 lakh in FY25, primarily due to lower revenue from operations (Rs 35.42 lakh in Q4). Other income nearly doubled to Rs 95.04 lakh from Rs 48.53 lakh in FY25. Profit after tax fell significantly to Rs 65.51 lakh from Rs 102.91 lakh in FY25 - a decline of about 36%. The company also re-appointed M/s Sanjonaa & Associates as internal auditor for FY 2026-27. Operating cash flow turned deeply negative at Rs -928.63 lakh due to major working capital outflows (Loans & Advances). Cash reserves dropped sharply from Rs 111.26 lakh to Rs 2.59 lakh. Statutory auditors Ashok Shetty & Co issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
The sharp decline in profitability and critically negative operating cash flow with depleted cash reserves are serious concerns for shareholders. The auditors' unmodified opinion provides some comfort, but the substantial working capital outflows and shrinking cash position warrant close monitoring.
