NG Industries Ltd reported audited financials for FY25 with Net Sales of Rs 1,654.68 lakh, down marginally from Rs 1,688.23 lakh in FY24. Total income rose to Rs 2,454.75 lakh from Rs 2,138.83 lakh, driven mainly by higher other income (which included a Rs 702.74 lakh profit on sale of investments). Profit before tax jumped ~56% to Rs 914.18 lakh, and Profit After Tax surged ~54% to Rs 773.95 lakh versus Rs 503.37 lakh last year. Basic EPS stood at Rs 23.10 (vs Rs 15.02). The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (35%). The statutory auditor M.R. Singhwi & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Despite a slight dip in core sales, sharply higher investment gains boosted bottom-line growth and profitability margins expanded meaningfully, supporting a healthy dividend payout. The clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flow of Rs 181.17 lakh (vs negative last year) reinforce the company's financial stability for shareholders.
