NG Industries Ltd reported Q3 FY26 standalone net sales of Rs. 428.67 lakhs, up about 7% from Rs. 399.66 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, net sales were Rs. 1,203.35 lakhs, roughly flat compared with Rs. 1,207.83 lakhs in the same period last year. Profit after tax for the quarter was Rs. 42.46 lakhs (EPS Rs. 1.27), down sharply from Rs. 671.12 lakhs (EPS Rs. 20.03) a year ago, but the drop is almost entirely because the prior-year quarter included Rs. 765.68 lakhs of dividend income and capital gains from the company's investments. Core operating performance is broadly stable. The statutory auditor, M.R. Singhwi & Co, issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report with no qualifications, and the company stated there are no exceptional items to report.
Headline profit numbers look weak only because they are being compared against an unusually high base of investment gains from last year; core operating revenue is steady and slightly higher. No negative signals from the auditor or board, so this is unlikely to be a major stock-moving event for existing shareholders.
