All three promoters of NR Agarwal Industries — R N Agarwal, Reena Agarwal, and Raunak Agarwal — have fully released the pledge on their shareholdings as of December 16, 2025. R N Agarwal released the pledge on his entire 46.88% stake (79,78,105 shares), and Reena Agarwal released the pledge on her entire 26.67% stake (45,38,861 shares) that was earlier pledged in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited.
