Naapbooks Limited's board approved its standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified (clean) opinion from statutory auditor Chirag R. Shah & Associates. Revenue from operations grew sharply to Rs. 1,218.39 lakhs in FY25 (standalone), up roughly 75% from Rs. 694 lakhs in FY24. Profit before tax rose to Rs. 620.09 lakhs (standalone) from Rs. 220.75 lakhs, and consolidated PAT nearly tripled to around Rs. 448 lakhs from Rs. 165.62 lakhs. The board did not recommend any final dividend for FY24-25. The company raised Rs. 10.34 crore via preferential equity issue and Rs. 3.98 crore via convertible warrants in December 2024, but reported NIL utilization of these funds during the period. Cafe Blockchain ceased to be a subsidiary w.e.f. October 1, 2024, becoming an associate after equity dilution.
Strong top-line and profit growth is a positive signal for shareholders, but the negative operating cash flow of Rs. -918.53 lakhs (versus -372.25 lakhs last year) is a significant concern, indicating that reported profits are not converting into cash. No dividend means shareholders are not receiving a direct return, though the debt-equity ratio remains very healthy at 0.02.
