On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts more than its Investment Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved un-audited Q2 and H1 FY26 results for the period ended September 30, 2025. Standalone swung to a loss of Rs 181 lakh in Q2 versus a Rs 34 lakh profit last year; H1 standalone profit fell to Rs 102 lakh from Rs 760 lakh. Consolidated Q2 profit stood at Rs 735 lakh (against Rs 1,150 lakh); H1 consolidated profit rose to Rs 4,122 lakh from Rs 2,884 lakh, with consolidated revenue at Rs 28,812 lakh versus Rs 1,263 lakh. Results include a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 205 lakh from sale of Deohall Tea Estate assets. Auditor Dhandhania and Associates issued an unmodified review.
Standalone weakness offsets stronger consolidated picture; one-time asset sale lifts H1 numbers, tea subsidiaries drive group revenue and profit.
