The Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported zero revenue from operations with a loss of Rs 38.55 lakhs in Q2 FY26 versus a profit of Rs 109.47 lakhs in Q2 FY25; H1 FY26 standalone loss was Rs 3.80 lakhs against a profit of Rs 398.18 lakhs a year ago. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Motwane Manufacturing), revenue from operations declined to Rs 1,538.30 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,808.21 lakhs in Q2 FY25, with a Q2 loss after tax of Rs 98.86 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 281.85 lakhs; H1 FY26 consolidated PAT was a loss of Rs 60.19 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 342.85 lakhs. Both operating segments – Electrical and Electro Mechanical – saw weaker revenues and segment-level profitability. Consolidated operating cash flow was sharply negative at Rs (517.49) lakhs in H1 FY26. The Board also appointed Ms. Akansha Patel as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Sharp swing to consolidated losses, declining revenues across both segments, and negative operating cash flow are negative signals for shareholders; the standalone entity appears to have no operating revenue, while consolidated performance is being propped up by the subsidiary. Stock price may face pressure on weak results, though the company retains healthy reserves of Rs 7,877 lakhs on a consolidated basis.
