The Board approved standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), reviewed by auditors YAPL & Co with a clean limited review report. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 196.75 crore from Rs. 167.78 crore in Q1 FY25, while standalone PAT jumped to Rs. 14.90 crore from Rs. 3.98 crore — a roughly 3.7x year-on-year increase, with EPS at Rs. 6.06 vs Rs. 1.62. The Board also cleared a Rs. 450 crore expansion plan to add a third BOPP film line of 36,000 MT per annum (on top of the existing 60,000 MT capacity that is already fully utilised), to be commissioned in 2-3 years and funded via bank term loans and internal accruals. The 37th AGM is scheduled for September 25, 2025 via video conferencing, with September 5, 2025 fixed as the record date for dividend on FY25 equity shares.
Sharp Q1 profit growth and full-capacity utilisation underline strong demand, which is positive for the stock. However, the Rs. 450 crore debt-funded capex will lift leverage and introduce execution risk over the next 2-3 years; investors should watch commissioning timelines and interest costs.
