Board of Directors on July 14, 2026 approved allotment of 52 lakh convertible warrants on a preferential basis at Rs 28 per warrant, raising about Rs 14.56 crore if fully converted. The allotment follows shareholder approval at the EGM on May 13, 2026 and in-principle approval from NSE and BSE received on June 30, 2026. Seven allottees include four entities (No Ctrl Enterprises LLP, Equirise Advisors LLP, Vishal Waghela, Onvo Aquarrius Pvt Ltd, Sarthak Goyal) receiving 10 lakh warrants each, and Preet Khetan and Vinod Khetan receiving 1 lakh warrants each.
Fresh capital infusion of about Rs 14.56 crore but potential equity dilution for existing shareholders once warrants are exercised and converted into shares.
