Nalwa Sons reported Q2 and H1 FY26 results (ended Sept 30, 2025). Standalone Q2 revenue fell to Rs 2,126 lakhs from Rs 4,160 lakhs YoY, with profit at Rs 1,429 lakhs versus Rs 3,162 lakhs. H1 standalone profit was Rs 3,753 lakhs versus Rs 5,371 lakhs. Consolidated H1 revenue stood at Rs 6,182 lakhs. The decline is driven by lower dividend income. A Rs 301 lakh loss was booked on remeasurement of preference shares now redeemable in 20 years.
Lower dividend income dragged revenues and profits. The 20-year extension of preference share redemption removes near-term pressure but caused a one-time loss.
