Nandan Denim's Board approved the unaudited financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025, with a clean limited review report from Nahta Jain & Associates. Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 49,952.72 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from Rs. 78,468.97 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a drop of about 36% year-on-year. For the nine months, revenue declined to Rs. 2,33,189.43 lakhs from Rs. 2,49,802.60 lakhs, while net profit rose marginally to Rs. 2,361.89 lakhs from Rs. 2,284.90 lakhs. Q3 standalone net profit dropped to Rs. 297.29 lakhs from Rs. 658 lakhs a year earlier. The Board also noted the penalty notices from BSE and NSE for non-compliance with Regulation 17(1A) of SEBI (LODR) and said it has applied for a waiver, which is pending with BSE.
The steep Q3 revenue and profit decline signals continued pressure on the denim business and is likely to weigh on the stock. Investors should also watch the outcome of the pending waiver application on the SEBI LODR penalty, as adverse action could attract further regulatory and governance concerns.
