On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts more than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) revenue from operations was Rs. 62,238.91 lakhs, down from Rs. 1,04,767.74 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Profit before tax fell to Rs. 1,031.51 lakhs from Rs. 1,481.91 lakhs. Net profit rose to Rs. 1,479.61 lakhs from Rs. 1,119.90 lakhs, lifted by a Rs. 507.08 lakh tax provision reversal. Board also re-appointed MD Jyotiprasad Chiripal for 5 years from June 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
Core revenue and profits declined, but PAT growth came from a one-time tax credit. New MD term brings leadership continuity.
