Nandani Creation's board approved converting 50,000 warrants into 50,000 equity shares at Rs 44 each, allotted to Chiragsala Sales Pvt Ltd (non-promoter). The allottees stake rose from 0.24 percent (49,434 shares) to 0.49 percent (99,434 shares). Paid-up equity capital rose from Rs 20.39 crore to Rs 20.44 crore, now comprising 2,04,40,714 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
