Nanta Tech Ltd reported strong financial performance for FY2025-26 with revenue from operations growing 36.84% to ₹7,010.37 Lakhs from ₹5,123.56 Lakhs in the previous year. Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped 74.5% to ₹817.03 Lakhs versus ₹468.18 Lakhs, while EPS improved from ₹12.91 to ₹20.20 per share. The company completed an IPO raising net proceeds of ₹2,771.48 Lakhs and acquired RSVP Infotech Solution Private Limited for ₹99.36 Lakhs in March 2026. However, operating cash flow turned significantly negative at ₹-1,001.13 Lakhs (compared to ₹-187.59 Lakhs last year), primarily due to a large increase in trade receivables of ₹1,911.03 Lakhs. Statutory auditors M B Jajodia & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Positive signal for shareholders as the company delivered robust revenue and profit growth, significantly improved its net worth to ₹4,997.82 Lakhs, and received a clean audit opinion. However, the deteriorating operating cash flow despite higher profits warrants monitoring as it may indicate working capital stress or aggressive revenue recognition.
