NAPS Global India Ltd, a garment manufacturer and trader listed on BSE SME in March 2025, reported a strong H1 FY26 (Apr–Sep 2025). Revenue from operations rose about 50% YoY to Rs 710.36 lakhs, up from Rs 473.13 lakhs in H1 FY25. Net profit grew roughly 35% YoY to Rs 196.03 lakhs (from Rs 145.22 lakhs), with profit before tax at Rs 261.50 lakhs versus Rs 180.05 lakhs. Operating cash flow remained negative at -Rs 149.43 lakhs (improved from -Rs 854.49 lakhs for FY25), as trade receivables nearly doubled to Rs 2,659.58 lakhs and the company took on fresh short-term borrowings of Rs 362.93 lakhs (nil at March-end). Auditor DSMR & Co issued an unqualified limited-review report, and the company confirmed full utilisation of its Rs 1,088 lakhs IPO proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The 50% revenue and 35% profit growth are encouraging, but the negative operating cash flow and sharp jump in receivables and payables signal working-capital strain that is being partly funded by new short-term debt. Shareholders should watch for improvement in cash collection and any further rise in borrowings in coming quarters.
