Narayana Hrudayalaya reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 39,751 million for FY26, up 10.7% from Rs 35,901 million in FY25. Net profit grew 16.7% to Rs 5,031 million from Rs 4,311 million. EBITDA margin expanded to 21.1% from 18.7% year-on-year. The company declared a final dividend of Rs 4.50 per share and received an unmodified (clean) audit opinion from Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP with no going concern issues. An exceptional item of Rs 452.76 million was recorded due to increased gratuity and leave liabilities from new Labour Codes. The company has pending corporate restructuring: a merger of MMRHL (via NCLT) and a demerger of NHIC's clinical services. The board also sought approval to issue debt securities up to Rs 1,500 crore.
Strong financial performance with margin expansion and double-digit profit growth is positive for shareholders. The clean audit opinion removes key risk concerns, though the exceptional charge and higher debt levels warrant monitoring.
