Narayana Hrudayalaya reported strong FY26 standalone results with revenue from operations at Rs. 3,975 crore, up 10.7% from Rs. 3,590 crore in FY25. Net profit grew 16.7% to Rs. 503 crore from Rs. 431 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 25.6% from 22.7%, showing improved operational efficiency. The Board approved an unmodified (clean) audit opinion from Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. An exceptional item of Rs. 45.3 crore was recorded due to increased gratuity and leave liabilities from new Labour Codes. The 26th AGM will be held on August 14, 2026. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share (record date: July 17, 2026) and approved raising debt securities up to Rs. 1,500 crore. Non-current borrowings increased to Rs. 17,377 crore from Rs. 13,417 crore.
The 16.7% PAT growth and EBITDA margin expansion are positives for shareholders, though PAT growth fell short of 25%. The clean audit opinion and dividend declaration are encouraging. The Rs. 1,500 crore debt raise signals potential expansion plans but will increase leverage.
