On the reaction day the stock moved 5.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.8 pts more than its Plastic Products - Industrial peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board of directors approved the allotment of 36,23,000 bonus equity shares of Rs. 10 each to existing shareholders in a 1:1 ratio (one bonus share for every one share held). The record date for determining eligible shareholders was 10th October 2025. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital has doubled from Rs. 3.62 crore (36.23 lakh shares) to Rs. 7.25 crore (72.46 lakh shares). The face value per share remains Rs. 10, so this is a pure bonus issue and not a stock split.
Shareholders will see their share count double, though the share price is expected to adjust downward proportionally, leaving overall holding value largely unchanged in the short term. The increase in share count may improve liquidity and retail accessibility of the stock.
