Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems has allotted 36,23,000 bonus equity shares of Rs. 10 each in a 1:1 ratio (one bonus share for every one existing share) to shareholders on record as of 10th October 2025. The allotment was approved by the Board on 13th October 2025, following shareholder approval at the AGM on 30th September 2025. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital has doubled from Rs. 3.62 crore (36.23 lakh shares) to Rs. 7.25 crore (72.46 lakh shares). The price per share is expected to adjust downward by roughly half once the bonus shares are credited to demat accounts.
