Full-year net profit after tax stood at Rs. 4,442.57 lakhs (FY25: Rs. 4,214.01 lakhs), a growth of about 5.4%. The auditor issued an unmodified clean opinion with two emphasis of matter notes: recovery of Rs. 600.73 lakhs against previously provisioned farmer advances, and pending confirmations on certain trade receivables, payables, and loans. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs. -1,391.44 lakhs in FY26 from positive Rs. 2,679.85 lakhs in FY25. Borrowings increased to Rs. 12,117.93 lakhs from Rs. 10,952.44 lakhs. The Board approved dividend of Rs. 2 per share (20%) and increased MD remuneration from Rs. 66 lakhs to Rs. 144 lakhs per annum. K.P. Sahasrabudhe & Co. was appointed as internal auditor for FY27.
The company shows steady revenue growth approaching 20% but PAT growth is modest at ~5%. The shift to negative operating cash flow and increased borrowings are concerning.
