Nath Bio-Genes has submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025), along with the auditor's limited review report. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 28,017.18 lakhs from Rs 24,387.51 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 15%. Standalone net profit (after extraordinary items) grew to Rs 3,820.60 lakhs from Rs 3,388.70 lakhs, up about 13%, with EPS of Rs 20.06 vs Rs 17.77. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 28,370.01 lakhs and consolidated net profit at Rs 3,728.11 lakhs, with results consolidated with its 90%-owned Uzbekistan subsidiary. Q1 is the peak selling season for kharif seeds, which explains the strong sequential jump from Q4 FY25. The Board also appointed Ms. Payal Jain as an Additional (Independent) Director effective 11 July 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Steady mid-teens growth in both revenue and profit in the seasonally strong quarter is positive for shareholders, though operating margins contracted slightly versus the year-ago quarter, suggesting higher production and selling costs. The new independent director adds to board strength, and the clean audit report supports earnings credibility.
