NALCO reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹17,843 crore for FY26, up 6.3% from ₹16,788 crore in FY25. Profit after tax grew 9.2% to ₹5,816 crore from ₹5,325 crore, with annual EPS at ₹31.67 versus ₹28.99. The Board declared a 3rd interim dividend of ₹2 per share (40% on face value), bringing total FY26 dividend to ₹10.50 per share. The aluminium segment contributed ₹12,945 crore in revenue and ₹5,564 crore in segment profit. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Two matters were highlighted: non-recognition of revenue from Rajasthan wind power plants (PPA dispute since 2019) and provisional provision of ₹20.30 crore for new labour codes.
Strong profit growth and increased dividend payout are positive signals for shareholders. The clean audit opinion removes concerns about financial reporting quality.
