National Fittings Ltd reported its Q3 FY26 results (Oct-Dec 2025) with net sales of Rs 2,363.62 lakhs, up about 14% from Rs 2,082.13 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 292.51 lakhs from Rs 104.40 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while EPS rose to Rs 3.22 from Rs 1.15. For the nine months ended December 2025, net sales grew 24% to Rs 6,786.09 lakhs versus Rs 5,464.80 lakhs last year, though reported PAT fell to Rs 738.83 lakhs from Rs 880.98 lakhs because last year's numbers included a one-time gain of about Rs 6.87 crore from the sale of the Thekkalur and Dindigul units. Operating margins improved sharply, with operating profit (before exceptional items) for the nine months rising to Rs 929.42 lakhs from Rs 300.84 lakhs, reflecting better cost efficiency. The statutory auditor (Krishaan & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Core business is clearly doing well — strong topline growth, margin expansion, and nearly three-fold jump in quarterly profit should be viewed positively by investors. The lower nine-month PAT is purely a comparison effect from last year's asset sale windfall and not a sign of weakness in the core fittings business.
