National Plastic Technologies Ltd reported its Q2 FY26 (ended 30 Sep 2025) unaudited standalone results. Revenue from operations for the quarter rose about 2.4% year-on-year to ₹88.86 crore, while half-year revenue grew around 4.8% to ₹162.93 crore. Profit after tax for Q2 increased roughly 6.8% to ₹2.71 crore, with H1 PAT up about 6.7% at ₹4.93 crore (EPS ₹4.45 for Q2 vs ₹4.17 a year ago). Finance costs came down notably from ₹1.51 crore in Q2 FY25 to ₹1.24 crore in Q2 FY26. Operating cash flow for H1 stayed healthy at ₹9.44 crore. The statutory auditor (C.A. Patel & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company also paid a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (₹91.17 lakhs) for FY25 during the quarter.
Steady but unspectacular growth with steady margins and a clean audit; broadly neutral for shareholders. Worth watching: trade receivables jumped roughly 27% from March 2025 to about ₹63.3 crore, and total borrowings of ~₹57.9 crore have marginally exceeded shareholders' equity of ~₹55.4 crore, which is something to keep an eye on.
