NSDL reported strong FY26 results with standalone total income growing 14.2% YoY to Rs.835.1 crore and PAT rising 12.1% to Rs.360.6 crore. On a consolidated basis, total income increased 8.1% to Rs.1,660.2 crore with PAT up 10.8% to Rs.380.0 crore. Q4 FY26 showed standalone PAT of Rs.79.7 crore (5.2% YoY) and consolidated PAT of Rs.90.3 crore (8.4% YoY). Business metrics were robust with net BO market share jumping from 9.0% to 15.4%, DP count reaching 311, and demat custody market share at 86.1%. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs.4 per share. Subsidiaries also performed well with NSDL Payments Bank crossing Rs.521 crore in deposits and ranking among top 33 banks on UPI.
Positive results with healthy revenue and profit growth, expanding market share and strong dividend declaration indicate stable performance for shareholders.
