Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
National Standard India reported Q2 FY27 PAT of 333.68 lakhs (vs 425.66 in Q2 FY26). H1 FY27 PAT rose to 587.72 from 524.34. Revenue from operations turned negative at 101.57 lakhs vs 1,725.18 last year due to real estate project adjustments. Total income fell to 805.45 from 2,777.74 as earnings are mainly interest income on a 27,470 lakh loan book. Scheme of merger with parent Lodha Developers awaits NCLT sanction. Statutory auditor changed from MSKA to Walker Chandiok mid-year.
Mixed bag: H1 PAT up but Q2 revenue reversal is unusual. Pending Lodha merger remains the key catalyst to watch.
