Natura Hue Chem Ltd reported audited results for Q4 FY25 and the full financial year ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations for the full year was just Rs 6.65 lakh, with no prior-year operations revenue. Total income for FY25 stood at Rs 8.33 lakh, sharply lower than Rs 21.90 lakh in FY24, dragged by a big drop in other income. The company swung from a profit of Rs 12.34 lakh in FY24 to a net loss of Rs 1.82 lakh in FY25. Basic EPS for FY25 came in at Rs 0.06 vs Rs 0.41 a year ago. Statutory auditors M/s Batra Deepak & Associates issued an unmodified (unqualified) opinion. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s G Soni & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY26 to FY30.
Shareholders should note the company slipped into a loss and total income fell sharply, though operations remain very small in scale. The clean audit opinion is a positive, but weak earnings suggest limited near-term upside visibility for the stock.
