On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.8 pts less than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Nava Limited filed its Annual Report for FY26. Standalone revenue grew 19 percent to 1,925 crore with PAT more than doubling to 911 crore and EPS up 121 percent. Consolidated PAT dipped to 1,039 crore from 1,434 crore due to a known tax transition at the Zambia unit, not operational weakness. Board declared total dividend of 8.50 per share, the highest ever, backed by 705 crore returned from overseas. 300 MW Phase II expansion targeted for Q4 FY27.
Strong standalone growth and record dividend signal improving shareholder returns, despite a one-time tax dip in consolidated PAT.
