On the reaction day the stock moved 10.7 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 9.8 pts less than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Nava Ltd's Board has recommended a final dividend of 550% (₹5.50 per equity share of face value ₹1 each) for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The company also announced audited financial results: consolidated net profit for FY2026 fell to ₹10,385.24 lakh (from ₹14,340.03 lakh in FY2025), driven by higher employee costs, finance costs, and deferred tax expenses. Total consolidated income stood at ₹44,786.64 lakh. EPS from continuing operations dropped to ₹27.85 from ₹37.69 year-on-year. The Board also approved changes to its MOA to expand power generation activities and reappointed two directors.
The dividend of ₹5.50 per share signals shareholder returns but profit declined ~28% YoY, which may weigh on sentiment despite the payout.
