NAVA Limited reported its highest-ever annual revenue and profit for FY25. Consolidated total revenue rose 4.6% YoY to INR 4,135.2 crore, while net profit grew 14.2% YoY to INR 1,434 crore. In Q4 alone, revenue jumped 20.2% sequentially and 10.9% YoY to INR 1,055.8 crore, with PAT of INR 302.8 crore. Key subsidiary Maamba Energy (MEL) received US$ 55 million in receivables post-year-end and fully repaid shareholder loans to sponsors; MEL also declared a US$ 50 million dividend. The board recommended a final dividend of INR 6 per share on top of the earlier interim dividend of INR 4 per share. Other positives include the Metals division swinging from a Rs. 70.7 crore loss in FY24 to a Rs. 27.6 crore profit, a 100 MW solar PPA signed in Zambia, and approval to convert a 60 MW unit from CPP to IPP for higher plant load factors from Q3 FY26.
Record earnings, dividend, subsidiary payouts and the buyback/stock split done during the year are positive for shareholders. Improving cash flows at MEL reduce group leverage risk, though near-term growth drivers (solar, sugar, avocado) are still in early stages.
