NAVA Limited announced audited consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew ~4.3% YoY to ₹3,98,354.74 lakhs, while net profit (attributable to shareholders) rose ~15.7% to ₹1,09,147.95 lakhs. Basic EPS rose to ₹37.63 from ₹32.52. On a standalone basis, PAT nearly doubled to ₹42,168.60 lakhs from ₹21,901.25 lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of 600% (₹6 per share on face value of ₹1), on top of the ₹4 interim paid before the recent 2-for-1 stock split. The company also completed a buyback of 72 lakh shares for ₹36,320.26 lakhs during Q4. Auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified opinion but flagged two Emphasis of Matter items: pending litigation at subsidiary Brahmani Infratech and recoverability of ₹1,37,478.46 lakhs in overdue receivables from a customer of Maamba Energy (Zambia), secured by a sovereign guarantee.
Positive: Strong profit growth, healthy ₹6 final dividend plus prior interim, buyback signals confidence, and no audit qualifications. Watch points: heavy concentration in Maamba Energy receivables and segment restatement; stock may react positively on dividend and earnings beat but remain sensitive to recovery progress of the Zambia receivables.
