NAVA's Board approved unaudited Q1 FY27 results. Consolidated operating revenue rose 1.6% to Rs 121,179.59 lakh, but total profit fell 16.6% to Rs 33,282.29 lakh. Profit attributable to shareholders was Rs 27,727.44 lakh, down 10%, and EPS was Rs 9.80 versus Rs 10.89. Standalone operating revenue slipped 1.4% to Rs 52,225.19 lakh, while profit jumped 88.6% to Rs 26,604.96 lakh, aided by higher other income. The auditor's review was unmodified but highlighted Rs 16,514.61 lakh of overdue receivables and Rs 3,918.95 lakh of litigation-related contingent liability.
Stable group sales and stronger standalone profit may support sentiment, but lower consolidated profit and receivable risks could limit upside.
