On the reaction day the stock moved 1.9 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.3 pts less than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NAVA Limited posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of about Rs 991.11 cr (vs Rs 963.73 cr YoY). Nine-month revenue rose to Rs 3,148.07 cr from Rs 2,965.34 cr. Nine-month profit after tax (continuing ops) jumped sharply to about Rs 354 cr from Rs 125 cr, driven mainly by the energy segment. Auditor Walker Chandiok issued an unmodified limited review but flagged two matters: (1) uncertainty over recovery of Rs 315.26 cr in overdue receivables owed to Zambia step-down subsidiary Maamba Energy, backed by a Zambian sovereign guarantee, with Rs 30.44 cr expected credit loss provision; (2) ongoing lawsuit involving subsidiary Brahmani Infratech, treated as Rs 39.19 cr contingent liability.
Strong earnings growth is a positive, but recovery of Zambia receivables and outcome of the BIPL lawsuit remain key risks to watch.
