Navin Fluorine reported strong annual results for FY2025-26 with consolidated revenue from operations growing 41% to ₹3,313.90 crore from ₹2,349.38 crore. Profit after tax surged 130% to ₹663.56 crore from ₹288.60 crore, while basic EPS improved to ₹130.67 from ₹58.20. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹8.60 per share (430%) on ₹2 face value, adding to the ₹6.50 interim already paid. The company also raised ₹750 crore via QIP in July 2025. An exceptional item of ₹13.72 crore was reversed due to revision in labour code provisions. Standalone PAT grew 102% to ₹487.67 crore. Auditors gave unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
The company delivered exceptional growth with PAT more than doubling and margins expanding significantly. The dividend declaration and strong cash generation from operations (₹893.57 crore) are positive signals for shareholders. The clean audit opinion removes any concerns.
