Navin Fluorine posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 892.37 cr, up about 47% YoY from Rs 606.20 cr. PAT jumped roughly 122% YoY to Rs 185.40 cr from Rs 83.60 cr. Nine-month PAT rose to Rs 450.94 cr vs Rs 193.62 cr last year, more than doubling. The company booked a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 20.47 cr due to new Labour Codes. Standalone Q3 PAT grew about 62% YoY to Rs 105.87 cr. A 325% interim dividend (Rs 6.50 per share) was paid, and a Rs 750 cr QIP was completed in Q2.
Strong revenue and profit growth are positive for shareholders. The exceptional Labour Code charge is a one-time adjustment and should not worry investors.
