On the reaction day the stock moved 2.7 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Q2 FY27 revenue rose 57% year on year to INR1,191 crore; operating EBITDA was INR407 crore at a 34.2% margin, and profit after tax was INR269 crore. H1 profit was INR513 crore and EPS INR100; dividend INR8 per share. The Solstice fluorochemical deal runs to December 2032 and may add about USD180 million of revenue. CDMO order visibility is near USD100 million, while two plants target INR900-1,000 crore of annual revenue by FY28-FY29.
Strong results, a long-term contract and the dividend may support the share price, but project execution and heavy capital spending remain risks.
