Navkar Corporation reported a strong turnaround in Q3 FY26 with revenue from operations of ₹18,584.74 lakhs, up about 43.6% year-on-year from ₹12,945.92 lakhs in Q3 FY25. The company swung to a profit after tax of ₹936.23 lakhs in Q3 FY26, compared to a loss of ₹1,139.81 lakhs in the same quarter last year, with basic EPS of ₹0.62 versus a loss per share of ₹0.76. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew roughly 27% to ₹48,669.28 lakhs, and the company posted a profit after tax of ₹1,616.41 lakhs against a loss of ₹2,677.13 lakhs a year ago. Finance costs also came down meaningfully to ₹1,198.59 lakhs for 9M FY26 from ₹1,632.92 lakhs in 9M FY25. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified review report, indicating a clean result with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
A clear earnings recovery with strong revenue growth, expanding margins and a return to profit is positive for shareholders and should support a positive short-term reaction in the stock. Investors should also note the new labour codes effective November 2025, though management says the financial impact is not material so far.
