On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.8 pts less than its Stationary peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Navneet Education Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (75 percent on Rs 2 face value) for FY 2025-26, with a record date of November 18 and payment on or before December 9, 2025. Q2 standalone revenue fell to Rs 246 crore from Rs 271 crore a year ago, posting a loss of Rs 6 crore against a small profit earlier, hit by seasonal weakness in the stationery segment. H1 FY26 standalone profit stood at Rs 155 crore versus Rs 146 crore earlier (excluding the prior year exceptional K12 divestment gain).
Interim dividend rewards shareholders despite weak Q2, but the seasonal loss in stationery is normal and not a structural concern.
